As a result of the recent
meeting of the executive members
during the first convention of
the World Boxing Federation in
Tirana, Albania a couple of
weeks ago, Ms. Diana Spasova has
now taken over with immediate
effect as General Secretary of
the striving organization.
The 37-year-old Spasova was born
in Bulgaria, but since many
years resides – and of course
holds office – in Germany.
Working in boxing for the last
four years, Ms. Spasova is
multilingual, speaking and
writing English, German,
Bulgarian and Russian fluently
and has gained a reputation of
being extremly well-organized.
“I am very much looking forward
to this new challenge,” Ms.
Spasova explains, “as I am
convinced that the World Boxing
Federation has a great future
ahead and I surely will enjoy
being part of its further
growth.” |
